Her Closing AI

Context

Her Closing AI is a SaaS platform for practising real sales and marketing conversations. Users create AI agents with defined client characteristics and objections, practise scenarios on demand, get instant feedback and track their progress on a dashboard.

My role

I was the architect and developer of the platform, from the first data model to the production release.

• AI agents with configurable client personas: role, communication style, focus and typical objections.
• Conversation simulations that run on demand, so users can rehearse the same scenario as many times as they need.
• Instant feedback after every conversation, turned into progress on the dashboard.
• Scenario library and agent playground for building and testing new training cases.
• Subscription model and account management for a SaaS product.

Result

A working SaaS platform where sales and marketing professionals practise real conversations with AI and see their progress over time, instead of waiting for the next live client to learn from.
