Apps with AI inside. From idea to launch.

Flutter and full-stack engineer, shipping products since 2015. I design, build and release mobile apps and platforms end to end, with AI where it adds real value. You work directly with the engineer who writes the code.

Real products I architected and built. For each: the problem, my role and what the product does.

2026Mobile app

SEADEPTH

Marine navigation for offshore anglers and boat owners: bathymetry maps, drift analysis and waypoints.

Challenge
Anglers rely on precise underwater terrain data, but existing marine apps overload the map and make creating waypoints too complex.
My role
Led the full development from concept to release on the App Store and Google Play: cross-platform Flutter app, subscriptions, backend, offline charts and bathymetric data rendering.
Stack
Flutter, Firebase, RevenueCat

“Michael delivered a production-ready, scalable application.”

2025AI SaaS platform

Her Closing AI

An AI platform where sales and marketing professionals practise real client conversations with AI agents and track their progress.

Challenge
Without regular practice, professionals struggle with client objections and lose deals. Real-world practice is inconsistent and hard to access.
My role
Architecture and full-stack development of the whole platform: AI agents, conversation simulations, feedback scoring and subscriptions.
Stack
Next.js, Node.js, OpenAI, Supabase

Real estate developer website

Nordic Living Group

A website for a residential developer that presents its projects, their architecture and atmosphere.

Challenge
Present residential projects in a refined, professional way and show the company's credibility and the long-term value of its homes.
My role
Architecture and development of the website: project catalogue, project map, news and a fast mobile version.
Stack
Next.js, Laravel, Google Maps

2023SaaS and e-commerce platform

HD Clinic

A platform for medical products and medical cannabis with three roles: doctor, dispensary and patient.

Challenge
Complex medical and legal workflows, sensitive patient data and real-time coordination of telehealth consultations.
My role
Architecture and full-stack development of the platform for all three roles: doctor, dispensary and patient, including telehealth and orders.
Stack
Laravel, React, WebRTC

Why work with me

What you get from hiring one senior engineer directly, instead of an agency or a freelancer marketplace.

  1. 01

One person from architecture to release

No project manager relaying messages to a developer. The person who designs the architecture writes the code, answers your questions and submits the build to the stores.

  2. 02

Built for real users, not for the demo

Subscriptions with restores and entitlements, offline maps for large datasets, medical records that lock once signed. The details that decide whether a product holds up after launch.

  3. 03

A founder's view of the product

I've run my own products, so I think about budget, scope and the launch date, not only the code. I'll tell you which features can wait.

  4. 04

AI in your product and in my workflow

I build AI features that do real work, like the agents behind Her Closing AI. In my own work, AI takes the routine code, so more of your budget goes into architecture and decisions that matter.

What you can hire me for

Four kinds of work I take on. In each one I own the result, from the first architecture decision to the release.

I'd rather build one product well than ten quickly. My longest client partnership has lasted more than five years.

AI you can safely ship

Before any AI feature touches your data, you know exactly where that data goes.

The right model for each task

Hosted models via API or open-source models on your own servers, chosen by cost, quality and privacy.

Your data stays yours

Providers and settings that don't train on your data. Hosting in the EU on request.

Tested before launch

I test AI features on real examples before launch and set up checks on answer quality, so you know how the feature behaves.

GDPR and AI Act in mind

I document where data goes, how long it's kept and what users are told, so GDPR and AI Act questions have clear answers.

How it runs

Clear steps, a written plan and weekly demos. You always know where the project stands.

  1. 1First conversationFree, in Telegram or on a call. We go through the idea and whether I'm the right person for it.
  2. 2Architecture and planA written plan: scope, architecture, milestones and price, before any code is written.
  3. 3BuildWeekly demos on a live link. The code lives in your repository from day one.
  4. 4Launch and supportRelease, monitoring and 3 months of fixes after launch.

Ways to work

AI takes the routine work, so you pay for decisions and quality, not for hours of boilerplate.

Questions

Didn't find yours? Ask me directly.

How much does it cost, and why less than an agency?

Architecture reviews start from €750 ($800) and product builds from €4,500 ($5,000). After the first conversation you get a written estimate with fixed scope and price, so the number doesn't grow on its own. It costs less than an agency because there's no account manager or project manager in between, and AI handles routine code while I spend the time on architecture and quality.

Who owns the code? Will you sign an NDA?

You own the code and all rights to it under the contract. I sign an NDA before we discuss any details.

How will we communicate?

Directly with me, no managers. Telegram or email for day-to-day questions, a demo every week and a short written update on what's done and what's next. I reply within 24 hours on working days, and my hours overlap with CET.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes. The best start is an architecture review: in 3 to 5 working days you get a written picture of the code, the risks and a prioritised plan. After that, I can take over development or work alongside your team.

I don't have designs yet. Is that a problem?

No. If you have designs in Figma, I build from them. If not, for an MVP I build a clean interface on a proven component system, and you can bring in a designer later without rewriting the app.

What happens after launch?

3 months of fixes are included. After that, we can continue with a monthly partnership, or I hand over the code and documentation to your team.

You're in Ukraine. Is that reliable?

Yes. I have backup power, an EcoFlow station, so deadlines and calls don't depend on outage schedules.

How do contracts and invoices work?

Contract in English and invoices in EUR or USD. Payment by project milestones or monthly, as agreed in the estimate.

Let's talk about your product.

Tell me what you're building and where you are with it. I'll reply within 24 hours with next steps and a rough timeline.
