Selected work

Real products I architected and built. For each: the problem, my role and what the product does.

2026Mobile app

SEADEPTH

High-resolution bathymetry with shaded relief for offshore anglers: smart depth contours, overlay layers, drift testing and GPX waypoints.

Challenge: Anglers rely on precise underwater terrain, but ordinary marine charts flatten the bottom and bury the detail that decides where to fish.
My role: Led the full development from concept to release on the App Store and Google Play: cross-platform Flutter app, offline charts, contour and overlay rendering, GPX waypoints, subscriptions and backend.
Stack: Flutter, Firebase, RevenueCat

“Michael delivered a production-ready, scalable application.”

2026Mobile app with AI

Heaven Meal AI

My own product: a calorie counter that reads a meal from one photo. Every food on the plate, its weight in grams, calories and macros, plus one clear next step for the day.

Challenge: Ask an AI model how many calories are on a plate and it answers confidently, and differently every time. A user who gets two numbers for the same meal stops trusting the app.
My role: Architecture and full development: Flutter app for iOS and Android, Firebase backend, AI photo analysis, nutrition engine and daily limits.
Stack: Flutter, Firebase, Claude API

2023Marketplace mobile app

DropsLook

A luxury fashion marketplace where clients buy new designer pieces from boutiques and outlets in Italy and France through personal shoppers: in chat, on video and with a protected payment.

Challenge: The best pieces in Italian boutiques never appear online. A buyer abroad cannot see the item, check the size or trust a stranger with the money.
My role: Architecture and development of the mobile app for iOS and Android: two roles in one app, product feed with video, chat with offers and voice messages, video review booking, checkout, payments and shopper payouts.
Stack: Flutter, Firebase, Python

2023Health app for parents

Kids.Doc

A companion app for parents from a German paediatric brand: weekly content matched to the child's age, a library of articles on child health and a searchable archive of Q&A sessions.

Challenge: Parents need a reliable answer at the moment a question comes up, and it has to fit the exact age of their child, not a generic article.
My role: Mobile app development for iOS and Android: registration with a child profile, weekly feed by age, article library, Q&A archive with search, bookmarks and subscription screens.

200K+app downloads, as stated on kids-doc.de

2025AI SaaS platform

Her Closing AI

An AI platform where sales and marketing professionals practise real client conversations with AI agents and track their progress.

Challenge: Without regular practice, professionals struggle with client objections and lose deals. Real-world practice is inconsistent and hard to access.
My role: Architecture and full-stack development of the whole platform: AI agents, conversation simulations, feedback scoring and subscriptions.
Stack: Next.js, Node.js, OpenAI, Supabase

“Michael turned our idea for AI sales training into a working SaaS platform. He designed how the AI agents and conversation scenarios work, built the full product and kept us informed at every step. He thinks like a product owner, not just a developer.”

Real estate developer website

Nordic Living Group

A website for a residential developer that presents its projects, their architecture and atmosphere.

Challenge: Present residential projects in a refined, professional way and show the company's credibility and the long-term value of its homes.
My role: Architecture and development of the website: project catalogue, project map, news and a fast mobile version.
Stack: Next.js, Laravel, Google Maps

“Michael delivered a fast, polished website that presents our projects the way we wanted. He handled the technical side end to end and made the whole process easy for our team.”

2023SaaS and e-commerce platform

HD Clinic

A platform for medical products and medical cannabis with three roles: doctor, dispensary and patient.

Challenge: Complex medical and legal workflows, sensitive patient data and real-time coordination of telehealth consultations.
My role: Architecture and full-stack development of the platform for all three roles: doctor, dispensary and patient, including telehealth and orders.
Stack: Laravel, React, WebRTC

“Our platform had to handle medical records, telehealth consultations and orders for three different roles, where a mistake could have legal consequences. Michael built it with care for every edge case and communicated clearly throughout. We would work with him again.”
