SEADEPTH

High-resolution bathymetry with shaded relief for offshore anglers: smart depth contours, overlay layers, drift testing and GPX waypoints.

Challenge
Anglers rely on precise underwater terrain, but ordinary marine charts flatten the bottom and bury the detail that decides where to fish.
My role
Led the full development from concept to release on the App Store and Google Play: cross-platform Flutter app, offline charts, contour and overlay rendering, GPX waypoints, subscriptions and backend.

Heaven Meal AI

My own product: a calorie counter that reads a meal from one photo. Every food on the plate, its weight in grams, calories and macros, plus one clear next step for the day.

Challenge
Ask an AI model how many calories are on a plate and it answers confidently, and differently every time. A user who gets two numbers for the same meal stops trusting the app.
My role
Architecture and full development: Flutter app for iOS and Android, Firebase backend, AI photo analysis, nutrition engine and daily limits.

DropsLook

A luxury fashion marketplace where clients buy new designer pieces from boutiques and outlets in Italy and France through personal shoppers: in chat, on video and with a protected payment.

Challenge
The best pieces in Italian boutiques never appear online. A buyer abroad cannot see the item, check the size or trust a stranger with the money.
My role
Architecture and development of the mobile app for iOS and Android: two roles in one app, product feed with video, chat with offers and voice messages, video review booking, checkout, payments and shopper payouts.

A companion app for parents from a German paediatric brand: weekly content matched to the child's age, a library of articles on child health and a searchable archive of Q&A sessions.

Challenge
Parents need a reliable answer at the moment a question comes up, and it has to fit the exact age of their child, not a generic article.
My role
Mobile app development for iOS and Android: registration with a child profile, weekly feed by age, article library, Q&A archive with search, bookmarks and subscription screens.

How much does it cost, and why less than an agency?

Architecture reviews start from $500 and product builds from $3,000. After the first conversation you get a written estimate with fixed scope and price, so the number doesn't grow on its own. You pay for engineering, not for layers of management: you work directly with me, and AI handles routine code while I spend the time on architecture and quality.

Who owns the code? Will you sign an NDA?

You own the code and all rights to it under the contract. I sign an NDA before we discuss any details.

How will we communicate?

Directly with me, no managers. Telegram or email for day-to-day questions, a demo every week and a short written update on what's done and what's next. I reply within 24 hours on working days, and my hours overlap with CET.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes. The best start is an architecture review: in 3 to 5 working days you get a written picture of the code, the risks and a prioritised plan. After that, I can take over development or work alongside your team.

I don't have designs yet. Is that a problem?

No. If you have designs in Figma, I build from them. If not, for an MVP I build a clean interface on a proven component system, and you can bring in a designer later without rewriting the app.

What happens after launch?

3 months of fixes are included. After that, we can continue with a monthly partnership, or I hand over the code and documentation to your team.

You're in Ukraine. Is that reliable?

Yes. I have backup power, an EcoFlow station, so deadlines and calls don't depend on outage schedules.

How do contracts and invoices work?

Contract in English and invoices in EUR or USD. Payment by project milestones or monthly, as agreed in the estimate.
